What is included?
The community offers you support in realizing a complete and meaningful life. You decide what that is, but we will support you to get that clear. Together we make steps towards living the way you want to give substance to it. Within the circles you have access to, you can participate and respond or ask questions. Every day, the participants receive inspiration and items that can be responded to or that you can use yourself. Within the paid environment (temporarily for only $ 23.00 per year) there are more options, you can participate in challenges and you also have access to other circles such as 'if immediate or more help is needed' - 'mental health'- 'need advice' and 'where are you from'. In that case you can also participate in the live meetups.

Goal setting
Especially during this period, challenges are completed and a live meetup follows around the realization of your goals for 2023.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapie (ACT)
The goal of ACT is to increase psychological flexibility: the ability to contact the present moment and the psychological reactions it produces, as a fully conscious human being, and based on the situation, to persist with or change behaviour for valued ends. As an ACT therapist, this is the vision I will use in the community.

Life is a journey
With me and all the other participants, we also follow you on your life path. We look at the obstacles, advise a detour where necessary, but ensure that you can continue on your way.

You will be guided by the team of the Mental Colours Care Group, but also by each other, in realizing a complete and meaningful life as you want to live it.
This Happiness Challenge gives you directions on how you too can make long-term changes in your life. Examples of what you can experience; brighter moods, more energy, less stress, a greater sense of calm, less physical pain and better sleep.
